Modernizing alpaca management required balancing advanced technology with the needs of our primarily 50+ user base. Since many farmers were less familiar with new interfaces, prioritizing user-friendliness was essential.
Solution
Through extensive research, I uncovered Alpaca Guild's unique value and explored users' app preferences. The goal was to create a familiar, accessible experience while meeting their specific needs.
